Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days before your arrival date.
Payment Methods: Payments should be made via SWIFT currency transfer without charges to TravelAfricas.com. Instructions will be provided on the invoice.
Payment Confirmation: Please send us confirmation of your payment and the details of the transfers made via email to ensure timely processing.
Cancellation Fees:
Client-Initiated Changes: Any modifications to your booking must be communicated to us via email. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
Service Changes: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make necessary changes to your itinerary or services. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
Passport and Visa: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have a valid passport and any required visas for their travel.
Travel Insurance: We recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
Service Providers: TravelAfricas.com collaborates with various service providers (carriers, hotels, specialized providers) to execute our programs. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth experience, we are not liable for failures or changes caused by service providers.
Documentation Issues: TravelAfricas.com is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
Complaints: Any issues encountered during travel must be reported immediately to the service provider and TravelAfricas.com. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within one month of the return date.
TravelAfricas.com is not liable for any delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer alternative solutions or full refunds where applicable.
No Warranty: Our website and services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
Limitation: TravelAfricas.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.
